General provisions

Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws and their storage takes place on secure servers. We respect the right to privacy and ensure data security. For this purpose the following is used, among others. secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).

The service operator is LiRoyal.pl S.A., Młyńska Street 12/309, 61-730 Poznań, which is also the data Administrator.

Purposes of data processing

The personal data collected by the Administrator are the data aimed at the proper conclusion and performance of the agreement in accordance with the provisions specified in the Regulations, as well as settlements and vindication

Type of personal data processed

In case of advertisers, we process such data as: name, logo, address, description, web address, account data, placed offers, payment data (such as bank account number, NIP). For statistical and technical purposes, the Website also processes User data, such as: IP address, type of device, time of connection to the Website, other exploitation information on User activity.

Recipients of the data

The processed data will be passed on to the service providers used by the service. Among them are providers of: hosting services, e-mail messaging systems, traffic analysis tools, accounting services companies, and legal aid companies.

Rights of the data subject

Every data subject has the right to: transparent communication and information about the data provided, access to the data provided, including the right to inspect and rectify, erasure of data, restriction of data processing, to object to processing, to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority. The User has the right to obtain from the Administrator a copy of the data concerning him/her. This information may be provided electronically via email address: shop@liroyal.pl. The user has the right to information on: the purposes of processing the categories of personal data of recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data have been disclosed, the intended period of data storage, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority. The Advertiser may at any time request completion, change or deletion of his/her personal data processed within the Service with the reservation of data which the Service is still entitled to process under the relevant provisions of law. Administrator privileges

We reserve the right to process data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to assert possible claims before a court of law or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain data. The Operator has the right to make User's personal data and other data available to entities authorized on the basis of proper legal regulations (e.g. law enforcement).
