LiRoyal - Delivery and returns

DELIVERIES

After placing an order, the goods are dispatched by us within 48 hours of receiving the payment on our account. We make every effort to ensure that each package is properly protected and the ordered goods safely reach the buyer through the carrier of your choice.

Suppliers and shipping costs

Company LiRoyal.pl S.A. offers delivery options with corresponding price lists:

• Courier DPD - 16,99 PLN
• Courier InPost - 14,99 PLN
• Courier DHL - 16,90 PLN

Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGE

Returns

You have 14 days to return the ordered goods from the moment of receiving your order and you do not have to give a reason for returning the goods. The condition for acceptance of return is intact condition of the returned goods (goods should be fully completed and have no signs of use).

The purchased goods should be sent back to the address:

with the subject line: "Online store - order return".

Returned merchandise must be accompanied by:

• order number
• completed withdrawal form

Goods returned via the intermediary should be properly secured, the responsibility for any damage in case of inadequate protection of the package lies with the returning party. The cost of returning goods is borne by the returning party - please do not send returned packages at the expense of the recipient.

Exchange

You have 14 days from the moment of receiving your order to exchange it and you do not have to give a reason for returning it. Condition for acceptance is intact condition of the returned goods (goods should be fully completed and have no signs of use).

Goods exchanged via an intermediary should be properly secured, the responsibility for any damage in the case of inadequate protection of the package lies with the returning party. Depending on the reason for the exchange, the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer or seller.
